A Lebanon bar has been ordered closed until further notice by the Boone County Health Department. Bottoms Up Bar and Grill was unable to fix issued violations from the health department and the Lebanon Fire Department by a March 1 deadline. “Bottoms Up will be closed until all violations are corrected and an inspection is performed by the Health Department Food Safety Specialists,” Boone County Director of Environmental Health Abby Messenger said. “We are also working with the City of Lebanon Code Enforcement and Lebanon Fire Department to ensure they have their violations corrected before reopening as well.” More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
