On Thursday, the city of Lebanon received word that Boone County Area Plan Commission Executive Director Rachel Cardis decided the proposed Stone Eater Bike Park needed to apply for a special exemption before construction could begin. Stone Eater Bike Park is to be built on 80 acres on U.S. 52 that used to be the Lebanon dump. Because it is not within the city limits, the city must get a county permit to build.
