This past Wednesday morning was filled with tears and cheers as Boone County Senior Services Inc. celebrated its 40th anniversary. The celebration kicked off with a social gathering, followed by Gina Middaugh, president of the BCSSI board of directors, welcoming incoming board members Mary Grabianowski and Eric Imboden and recognizing outgoing board members Margaret Beesley and Vicki Carr.
