The Indiana Medical Licensing Board met Jan. 23 and again suspended the medical license of pediatrician Jonathon Cavins, who is accused of molesting patients in Lebanon. Dr. Jonathon Cavins, 42, of Jamestown, practiced pediatric medicine in Lebanon, but the board in March and again in May suspended his license for 90 days, and in October placed his license on emergency suspension.
