The man charged in connection with the deaths of Avon Uber driver James Monroe and Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson is under investigation in Boone County. The investigation, announced by Boone County Prosecutor Todd Meyer on Tuesday, stems from Manuel Orrega-Savala’s 2017 arrest in Boone County under a false name – Alex Cabrera Gonsales.
