Over the next five years, Boone County drivers will see 128 lane miles of state-maintained roads resurfaced, and 12 bridges on state or federal highways rehabilitated or resurfaced.
These improvements were announced last week as Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb and Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner Joe McGuinness kicked off Indiana’s Next Level Roads initiative, and unveiled plans for a 20-year program to improve Indiana’s roads and bridges.
