The Baby Boone, Little Miss Boone and Little Boy Boone contests were held at the Witham Pavilion at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds due to massive amounts of rain that fell all day Saturday. But bad weather didn’t dampen the mood. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
