Forza Development this week received six variances from the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals to continue the Brakeman building planned for downtown Lebanon. The project, which has been anticipated for months, is moving forward in two phases. The first phase is the four-story building to be built on the west side of Lebanon Street in the 200-300 block. The first floor would be retail and restaurant space with 41 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments on the remaining three floors. This would require tearing down the two New Life Recovery Center for Men buildings. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
