On March 23, a Frankfort Police Department K9 Unit attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of McClurg and Myrtle. The driver, 34-year-old, Tyann Montalvo was wanted out of Clinton County, Indiana for a probation violation.The vehicle fled but was stopped at Rossville and Morrison. We believe the driver attempted to destroy evidence during the time she fled from officers.
Montalvo was arrested on the following requested charges in addition to the warrant:
Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 3 Felony
Resisting Law Enforcement, Level 6 Felony
Possession of a Controlled Substance, misdemeanor
Operator Never Licensed, misdemeanor
False Informing, misdemeanor
The case will be reviewed by the Clinton County Prosecutor for official charges. No further information will be released until official charges are considered and filed.
