The Big East Tournament tips off today in New York City at Madison Square Garden. The nine-seed Butler Bulldogs open the tourney today against Providence. The Bulldogs have played Providence in two of their past four games and lost both. Butler is 16-and-15, while the Friars arrive at 17-and-14.
