Youth and Family Health Network is proposing a women’s recovery home for 227 E. Superior St., Lebanon. In order to allow this use for the home, YFHN and the homeowner are requesting a use variance from the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals at its Monday meeting. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
