Charles A. Smith, 60, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born in Mooresville, Indiana on September 26, 1961, a son of the late Charles and Barbara (Derbyshire) Smith.
On November 2, 2011, he was married to Verna J. (Estill) Smith in Lebanon, Indiana. She passed away on December 21, 2016.
No Services are planned. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her arrangements for cremation.
