Chastity Ann Baker-McClaine, 39, passed away on December 30, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. She was born in Lebanon, Indiana on October 6, 1980; a daughter of Jim D. Baker and Monica A. Wines.

Chastity attended Lebanon High School. She was employed at the Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital of Indianapolis as an inventory clerk and was a member of Freedom Church in Lebanon.

She was married to Michael J. McClaine on March 24, 2001 and later divorced. She was recently engaged to fiancé, David H. Kirby, II and he survives.

Chastity adored her children and grandchildren. In addition to loving her family, she enjoyed baking, photography, camping, and fishing. Chastity was full of love and will be greatly missed.

Chastity was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Master Sgt. Daniel Webster Leo Wines and James Baker.

Funeral Services are planned for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home in Lebanon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her care.
