In an effort to redefine and update its prior ordinance on junk, trash and debris on private property, the Lebanon City Council passed Ordinance No. 2017-08 at Monday’s meeting.
This ordinance, modeled on the city’s lawn mowing guidelines, clearly defines the actions to be taken against violators. Planning and Zoning Department Deputy Director Derek Warren said “a lot of gray area” existed in the old ordinance. More details available in the Lebanon Reporter.
