From Lebanon Mayor Matt Gentry. On March 16th, Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-04. In section 5 of this Executive Order, the Governor states that all public meetings should be limited to only essential matters critical to the operations of governmental entities. In 2006, the Lebanon City Council passed Ordinance 06-06 will allows the Clerk-Treasurer to continue the financial operations of the City in times of emergency. On March 17th, the Boone County Commissioners declared a State of Emergency in Boone County. In light of these circumstances, we will be cancelling the previously scheduled March 23rd Board of Public Works and City Council meetings.
