The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with Mitchell Powell and Genesis Rescue Systems to purchase a forcible entry breaching tool. This unit is designed for fire rescue and law enforcement use.
This battery operated equipment allows for power and maneuverability, while not being tethered to a hydraulic pump or larger unit. This allows for quicker access to victims and suspects for rescue, first aid, and apprehension during vehicle crashes, active shooters, barricaded subjects, fires and more.
