Robert E. Pippenger Sr.
On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, Detectives with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant on Robert E. Pippenger Sr, 76, of Frankfort, following a lengthy investigation.
Pippenger has been charged with:
3-Class B Felonies for Rape
3-Class B Felonies for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor
2-Class C Felonies for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor
Assisting the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office was the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office.
