CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. – The Clinton County Central Dispatch is letting residence know the monthly Tornado Siren Testing will take place on Saturday, January 8 at 11:00am as a test did not take place as usual on the first Saturday of the month due to the day falling on January 1.
