Boone County Commissioners on Tuesday locked in the price of $59.1 million for Boone County’s justice center and jail expansion project slated to begin this year. The Commissioners unanimously voted to adapt a build, operate, transfer agreement with GM Development Tuesday after the Boone County Council in June narrowly approved the project.
