A Zionsville contractor was arrested again this week after a sixth homeowner told police she paid him more than $20,000 for work he did not perform. Randall ‘Blake’ Copeland, 32, operates Damage Solutions, LLC out of a Brownsburg office and has been charged with defrauding Zionsville and Whitestown homeowners who collectively paid more than $60,000 under contract for roof repairs he never made.
