For the second time since Anthony DeLarosa was convicted in Hamilton Superior Court in 2009 of double homicide, a judge has denied an appeal.
DeLarosa’s latest appeal was based on issues of ineffect ive counsel during the original trial and his first appeal, according to court records.
DeLarosa is serving life without parole at the Waba sh Va l ley Correctional Facility for his part as the triggerman in a murder-for-hire conspiracy. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
