At their meeting the Boone County Commissioners approved a contract with TimeClockPlus to integrate an electronic time clock into the current county computer system. This is part of an effort to bring the county into better compliance for audits by the State Board of Accounts. In other business before the commissioners, several contracts were approved to facilitate video conferencing in all 13 county conference rooms. These expenses could be reimbursed through the federal CARES Act because it would reduce face-to-face contact. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
