CSX Railroad repaired two railroad crossings scheduled for work then announced they will not repair a dozen more because county officials are uncooperative.
CSX informed the county of repairs slated for more than 10 crossings last month and cut pavement at all of them without county permits.
The railway company tore out pavement at the first two crossings without Boone County Commissioners’ approval to do so. Commissioners have, as yet, not given approval. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
