A press conference is happening today in Delphi as Indiana State Police will announce the latest developments in the Delphi murder investigation. Multiple sources are expecting state troopers to announce an arrest in the case, but so far there has been no official confirmation of an arrest. Five years ago Abby Williams and Libby German were found murdered near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi. Since then Indiana State Police and the Carroll County sheriff’s office have been looking for there killer. The press conference will happen at 10-o-clock-eastern today.
