Dollie Rose Giltner, 84, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, at The Waters of Lebanon. She was born on July 22, 1938 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Orville and Aileen (Copas) Fish.
On May 6, 1961, she was united in marriage to John Edward Giltner in Celina, Tennessee. He passed away on August 9, 2017.
Dollie was a dedicated homemaker and loved taking care of her family and home. She enjoyed making quilts. She loved attending church, specifically Advance Christian Church.
Survivors include children, Vicki (Russell) Dukes of Lebanon, Indiana and Thomas (Marjie) Giltner of Plainfield; grandchildren, Daniel (Jenna) Giltner and Aaron Giltner; brother, Robert (Ann) Fish of Lebanon; and sister, Virginia Jones of Tompkinsville, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Dollie was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Giltner; several siblings; and a brother-in-law, Woodrow Jones.
Funeral Services are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of services. Interment will follow at Browns Wonder Cemetery in Lebanon.
Memorials may be directed in her memory to Hope Community Church in Lebanon.
