Donald Kay Taulman, 90, of Indianapolis, died January 23 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. The son of the late Charles and Pearl (McKay) Taulman, he was born December 27, 1933 in Edinburgh, Indiana. Don graduated Arsenal Tech High School and enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1953 having served in the Korean conflict traveling to France, Morocco and Great Britain. On July 6, 1956 he married Nancy Goodall in Longwood, Florida; she preceded him in death on September 19, 2011.
Don worked with Western Electric as a layout operator for twenty five years. His memberships included the New Whiteland Jaycees and Telephone Pioneers of America. He enjoyed spending time with his family, yard work and gardening.
He is survived by his children, Charles “Chuck” (Keri) Taulman of Lebanon and Don Allen (Daphne) Taulman of Marion, Florida; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death daughter, Donna Carter; brothers, Jack Taulman, Denny Taulman, Kenny Taulman and Charles Taulman; sisters, Charlene Voelz, Harriett Huber and Dorothy Tresslar.
