A large tree that fell in Frankfort Monday took down tw0 poles with three major circuits on it. The huge tree went down in the middle of Washington Avenue which was closed until shortly after 6 p.m. Monday. The area of Washington from Burlington to Young will be closed again today for further work on the matter, and possibly Wednesday. The power outage also hit the Clinton County Courthouse.
