The Lebanon downtown project is about two weeks behind, but still moving forward at a good pace, city engineer Kevin Krulik said.
The bulk of the delay, about one week of it, was due to unexpected complications switching between the old and new water main. A few days of additional delays have been picked up here and there due to other complications relating to the old infrastructure. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
