A driver is hospitalized after being removed from a submerged vehicle in Frankfort. Police say authorities responded yesterday to the City Lagoons for a submerged vehicle. One person was able to get out of the vehicle but one remained. Officers and deputies entered the water and were able to rescue the driver.
