Jacob Fennell added beauty to the New Ross Town Park and completed his Eagle Scout project in the process. Fennell, a Boy Scout Troop 753 member, learned leadership and communication skills by building a raised flower bed in the New Ross Town Park. The task was no easy feat and required a month and a half of work, fundraising efforts and even money out of Fennell’s own pocket. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
