Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputy, Noah Rainey
(Carroll County, IN) – A fallen Carroll County Deputy is now laid to rest. Noah Rainey was killed in a crash on January 29th alongside Jail Deputy Dane Northcutt, who also died. The two were on their way to help a Rossville deputy town marshal involved in a pursuit. On Sunday, a funeral was held for Rainey at Delphi High School, where people honored his life.
