The illegal immigrant charged in connection with a fatal drunk driving case in Marion County that killed Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and his Uber driver, James Monroe of Avon, now faces four additional charges in Boone County. Manuel Orrego-Savala, 37, was charged Tuesday with three level 6 felonies of perjury, forgery and identity deception and one misdemeanor count of false informing.
