A former Wendy’s employee has been jailed after he stole and used a customer’s credit card, according to court records. He is also accused of burglary at a Plainfield pizza store.
Christopher J. Smith, 40, of Plainfield, was working at the Whitestown Wendy’s drive-thru in July when he kept the credit card owned by customer Michael Spencer of Zionsville, Whitestown Police Officer David Sellers reported. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
