Johnetta K. Wills

A former Whitestown town clerk has been charged with 14 counts of theft, forgery, official misconduct and corrupt business influence for stealing $32,000 over a two-year period. The charges were filed Thursday. According to a probable cause affidavit, Johnetta K. Wills admitted to the Indiana State Police that she took about $32,000 paid for traffic tickets in the Whitestown town court. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
