Frances Jane Pemberton, 98, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Lebanon, Indiana, on January 13, 1921, a daughter of the late Walter Scott and Lottie Elizabeth (Waitt) Dinsmore.
Jane graduated from Lebanon High School. For many years, she worked at Howard Sam’s Book Company in Indiana.
She was married to Charles Boswell and he preceded her in death. On October 17, 1975, in Zionsville she was married to Murl A. Pemberton. He preceded her in death on January 12, 2013.
Jane was devoted to her family and loved her grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed playing cards, glass blowing, gardening, crafts, and loved the game 7-Up.

One Sister: Joanna (Richard) Hunter–Whitestown, Indiana
Daughter-In-Law: Joyce Hoogeveen-Fortville, Indiana
Several Nieces and Nephews
In addition to her parents and her husband, Jane was preceded in death by her son, William Boswell; a step son, James L. Pemberton, Sr.; brother, Joseph William Dinsmore; and sisters, Martha Scott, Ruth Ellen James and Helen Elizabeth Dinsmore.
