Mr. Frank T. Moore, 75, of Lebanon, died Sunday, June 4, 2023, at his home. He was born January 29, 1948, in Indianapolis, a son of the late Basil and Mary Jane (Ross) Moore. Frank married Barbara Dehn on September 19, 1987, in the St. Peters Episcopal Church, she survives.

Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as an engineer for CSX Railroad for 42 years, retiring in 2008. Frank enjoyed motorcycles and traveling, along with sprint car racing, building and working on anything, and hanging out with Bob. He had a gift for remaining cool.

Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Barbara Moore of Lebanon; sons, Shawn (Kay) Moore of Pittsboro, Jason Moore of Spokane, WA, Clint (Angie) Jones of Lebanon, Josh (Amy) Moore of Lebanon, and Chris (Maria) Jones of Lebanon; daughter, Andrea (Alex) Moore of Buena Vista, CO; sister, Vicki (Charlie) Patterson of Avon; grandchildren, Jessica (Chance) Moore, Danni (Zakkary) Thompson, Jonathan (Haley) Jones, Wyatt (Karina) Moore, Garrett (Courtlynn) Jones, McKenzie Moore, Emma (Aiden) Moore, Riley Moore, Taryn Doyle, Adriana Jones, Scarlett Moore-Mello, and Ira Moore; and great grandchildren, Abel Jones, Zander Oliver, Bentley Thompson, Amelia Thompson, Lillith Jones, and Forrest Thompson.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, John Moore; great grandson, James Jonathen Thompson; brother-in-law, Bob Dehn; and parents-in-law, George “Pink” and Shirley Dehn.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Final care of Frank has been entrusted to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
