Jennifer Davis and Frankfort Mayor Judy Sheets
Frankfort Mayor Judy Sheets and the City of Frankfort’s leadership team presented the State of the City Address Monday at the Frankfort Public Library. The mayor presented the City’s financials as well as the challenges and achievements in 2023. Before closing the evening, Mayor Sheets presented Jennifer Davis with the Diamond of Excellence Award. This award is presented to a citizen in Frankfort that goes above and beyond for the community. Jennifer Davis works to bring community engagement to Frankfort and has countless hours volunteers hours. The City of Frankfort is a better place because of Jennifer Davis.
