The Frankfort Police Department was contacted at 9:15 AM on June 9, regarding the theft of nine birds from the Frankfort TPA Park. Officers, Detectives and our Crime Scene Investigator are actively working the case.
Photographs of the birds are now being released and can be found on the Frankfort Police Department Facebook page. Any leads on suspects will not be released. If you have any information about the location of the stolen birds, contact the Frankfort Police Department at 765-654-4245 or submit an anonymous tip online at www.frankfort-in.gov under the police department’s action center.
A local citizen has offered a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the birds being returned.
