Frankfort High School students attended the HOSA State Leadership Conference
Fourteen students from Frankfort High School attended the HOSA State Leadership Conference April 21 thru April 23. They competed in many events ranging from Health Career Display, Nursing Assisting, Prepared Speaking, Medical Terminology, Sports Medicine, plus many more categories. The students attended educational symposiums, listened to keynote speakers, served as voting delegates, and several members donated blood. Liz Contreras placed 6th in the state in Epidemiology and Jacqueline Valencia placed 3rd in Occupational Safety & Health along with earning a $4000 scholarship!
