Mr. Franklin Eugene Ranney, 61, passed away Saturday morning, March 19, 2022, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born November 6, 1960, in Frankfort, Indiana, a son of the late Judith Arlene (Ford) Culley and the late Ronald Gene Ranney.

He attended Lebanon High School. Frank worked various jobs but mainly worked in lawncare and mowing. He deeply loved his family and enjoyed fishing, basketball and football.

Survivors include his stepfather, Paul S. Culley of Lebanon; three children, Holly Walters, Joseph (Natasha) Ranney and Heather (Briston) Alderson, all of Lebanon; eight grandchildren, Makayla McCormick, Elyza McCormick, Taylor Walters, Malikai Lowe, Jaden Ranney, Sakiyah Ranney, Azariah Ranney, Jordan Ranney; one great grandson, South Emerson; five brothers, Stan Ranney of Thorntown, Chuck (Jenny) Culley, Paul (Bonnie) Culley, Lonnie (Debbie) Culley, Mike (Mary) Phillips, of Lebanon; sisters, Pamela “Pam” Hale, Cindy (Kenny) Kennerling, Brenda Iddings, Dawnetta Culley and Beverly Landwerlen, all of Lebanon; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday at the Funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown, Indiana.
