This Saturday, May 9, the Jamestown Community Lions Club will distribute 100 Red Bud and 100 River Birch trees for area residents to plant around their property. These trees were originally meant to be given away as part of the Easter Egg Hunt last month in cooperation with the Jamestown Christian Church. The tree give away is free to area residents. It will be a drive through at the Nature Park from 10:00 to 2:00 pm or until they run out of trees. The trees will include planting instructions.
