Kramer Lumber has been acquired by Batesville-based Gillman Home Center, effective on or around Aug. 1.
The sale of Kramer Lumber, with locations in Lebanon and Frankfort, marks the end of the small family lumberyard that has been operated since 1872. The stores were last owned and operated by the Ransom family of Frankfort. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
