In addition to creating a local office space for their commercial real estate business, Matt and Bart Jackson are buying the former De Vol building at the corner of Meridian and Washington streets as a labor of love for their hometown.
With all the local variances approved, the Jacksons are working diligently to have the building completely refurbished by late spring. Outside, crews are unbricking the window openings on the second floor. By the end of the project, Matt Jackson says the building will look much different.
