After spring break, LCSC will be closed for the week of April 6-10. eLearning will then continue on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We will be closed on Thursdays and Fridays through May 1. It is our intent that days of closure will allow students to maintain their pace in their learning, as well as provide opportunity for teachers to plan, deliver, and assess online learning materials. There will be no requirement for students to attend class, and no new material will be introduced on the closed days.
Teachers and administrators will continue to be available on weekdays, including days when eLearning is not being delivered. The eLearning Help Desk will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Calls received outside of these hours will be returned on the next eLearning day.
Food services plans to continue to provide grab-and-go meal kits, containing five breakfasts and five lunches, throughout the month of April. Beginning April 6, we will add an additional pick-up time and location. Families of students and children under the age of 18 can pick up kits on the following dates:

In light of the evolving situation, our calendar addresses dates through May 1 only. As more information becomes available, we will provide an update as soon as possible. Should school closures be extended, you can anticipate this format to continue through the remainder of the school year.
We have not yet made any decisions regarding prom and graduation.
It is our hope that this new calendar provides a good balance for our families, teachers, and staff. If you are in need of assistance, please contact your child’s principal, or the Administration Center. Thank you for your flexibility, understanding, and dedication.
