(Indianapolis, IN) — Reggie Wayne is heading to the Indianapolis Colts’ Ring of Honor. The Colts will induct Wayne as the 15th member of their Ring of Honor during the 2018 season. An official date will be announced when the NFL schedule is released. Wayne will join former teammates Marvin Harrison, Edgerrin James, Jeff Saturday and Peyton Manning. Wayne spent his entire 14-year career in Indy after being drafted 30th overall by the Colts in 2001 out of Miami. The six-time Pro Bowler racked up 1,070 catches for 14,345 yards and 82 touchdowns over 211 career games.

(Indianapolis, IN) — Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is ruling out another shoulder operation. Luck told Peter King of “The MMQB” that he isn’t going to have a second surgery on his right shoulder. He’s continuing to rehabilitate after missing all of last season. Luck even went to the Netherlands for around six weeks as apart of the recovery process. The former number-one overall pick has missed 26 games over the past three years due to various injuries.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The annual NFL Scouting Combine is returning to Indianapolis next week. The Combine opens up Tuesday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Executives from every team in the league will arrive in Indy to scout the top NFL prospects in person. The 2018 NFL Draft starts on April 26th at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Pacers return from the All-Star break on Friday when they host the Atlanta Hawks to open the second half of the NBA season. Indiana is 33-and-25 on the season, good for fifth in the East. In other team news, the Pacers signed guard Trey McKinney-Jones to a 10-day contract. He went to training camp with Indiana last fall and has played 26 games for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants this season.

(Bradenton, FL) — Spring training continues for the Pirates this week in Bradenton. They’ll open Grapefruit League play on Friday against the Rays. Single-game tickets for the Indianapolis Indians go on sale March 1st. The Tribe open their regular season on April 6th at home versus Columbus.
