>>Indians Hold Off Rochester

(Indianapolis, IN)  —  The Indians scored four times in the first two innings en route to a 5-2 win over Rochester at Victory Field.  Tyler Glasnow struck out seven while giving up just four hits and one run over seven innings to move to 6-and-0.  Danny Ortiz had two hits and scored twice for Indianapolis, which won its third straight to improve to 57-and-45.  The teams play again this afternoon.

>>Fever Fall To Wings

(Arlington, TX)  —  Erica Wheeler missed three shots down the stretch as the Fever fell 84-82 to the Wings at Dallas.  Briann January led the Indiana attack with 16 points and Natalie Achonwa added 13 in defeat.  The Fever have lost two straight and seven of their last eight games.  Indiana is tied with Chicago at the bottom of the East at 8-and-14.  The Fever host the Liberty on Friday.

>>Colts’ Rookies Continue Working Out At Camp

(Indianapolis, IN)  —  Colts rookies continue to work out at training camp today.  It’s the third day of camp for the first-year players, who reported on Monday.  The veterans are due to arrive at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center on Saturday, with the first full practice on Sunday.  The first preseason game for Indianapolis is Sunday, August 13th at home against the Detroit Lions.

>>Colts’ Hooker Headed To PUP List After Tweaking Hamstring

(Indianapolis, IN)  —  Colts’ first-round draft pick Malik Hooker is beginning his first NFL training camp on the physically unable to perform list.  The safety out of Ohio State tweaked his hamstring during conditioning drills on Monday.  Hooker already missed all of the team’s offseason workouts after having hip surgery in January.  He was the 15th overall pick by the Colts in this year’s draft.
