(Indianapolis, IN) — Indy 500 qualifying is this weekend. The first practice session will be today. Practices will be held through Friday with the two part qualifying phase taking place on Saturday and Sunday. The 102nd running of the Indianapolis 500 is scheduled for May 27th.
>>Colts Waive Fabiano, Sign Jared Machorro
(Indianapolis, IN) — The Colts continue to make roster moves as the offseason rolls on. The team waived center Anthony Fabiano yesterday. Fabiano appeared in five games with the Colts in 2017, including one start. The Colts also signed undrafted free agent tackle Jared Machorro. The Texas A&M-Commerce graduate had participated in the team’s rookie mini-camp.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Colts continue moving through the offseason. After wrapping up rookie mini-camp, voluntary OTA’s are next on the agenda. They open up a week from today. Mandatory minicamp is June 12th-through-14th.

(Norfolk, VA) — The Indianapolis Indians return to action tonight. They open up a three-game set at Norfolk. It is the first game on a six-game road trip. The Indians have won four of their last six games and enter play at 18-and-16 overall. First pitch tonight is set for 6:35 p.m.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Indiana Fever open the regular season at home on Saturday versus the Chicago Sky. The Fever fell to the Mystics on Saturday in the preseason finale from Delaware. They’ll seek a return to the playoffs after missing out last season. Pokey Chatman returns for her second season as head coach.
