(Brooklyn, NY) — The Pacers selected UCLA point guard Aaron Holiday in the first round of the NBA Draft. He went 23rd overall after being named All-Pac-12 first team and the conference All-Defensive team. He averaged 20.3 points and 5.7 assists as a junior. The Pacers choose Missouri State power forward Alize Johnson in the second round. He averaged 15 points and 11.6 rebounds as a senior.

(Brooklyn, NY) — The Utah Jazz selected Purdue forward Vincent Edwards in the second round with the 52nd overall choice in the NBA Draft. He was immediately traded to the Rockets. Edwards averaged 14.6 points and 7.4 rebounds as a senior. His father, Bill, played three games with the 76ers in the 1993-94 season.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Colts open training camp on July 25th at the Grand Sports Park Campus in Westfield. Fans may attend for free and can obtain tickets at the team website. The Colts open preseason play on August 9th when they visit the Seahawks.

(Indianapolis, IN) — The Indians topped the Norfolk Tides 4-3 at Victory Field in a game that was called in the sixth because of rain. Tyler Eppler picked up the victory to hike his record to 11-and-1 all-time at Victory Field. The Indians continue their homestand tonight against the Durham Bulls. Alex McRae starts for Indianapolis.
