James Lee Dorsett, 56, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on August 9, 1967, in Indianapolis, a son of Georgia (Bondurant) Dorsett and the late Jesse Vance Dorsett.
He was a 1985 graduate of Lebanon High School. Jim worked as a paramedic for Witham Memorial Hospital for many years, and most recently was employed at Kroger as a pharmacy technician.
Jim was a devoted son and brother. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
He leaves behind his mother, Georgia Dorsett, and brother, Jon Dorsett.
No services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
