A Jamestown man accidentally shot his leg while loading his handgun Saturday, police said. Mark Cottongim, 56, made his own tourniquet before help arrived. He was taken to Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Hospital officials said Monday he was treated in the emergency room and released. More details in the Lebanon Reporter.
